Kate is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Kate completed her Recreation Leadership degree at Mohawk College and her CanFit Pro Personal Training certification. She believes in approaching each individual from a different perspective to develop the best possible treatment plan for that client. She combines the use of Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial release, Deep Tissue Therapy, and joint mobilizations to treat a variety of conditions. She is able to help with pain management for all walks of life and all ages as well as pre and post natal massage.
Kate enjoys treating clients with TMJ dysfunction incorporating intra oral massage to help ease jaw pain and headaches, as well as Swedish massage for injuries and every day stress. Reducing pain and improving the quality of life is the priority of every treatment.
