Kate is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Before embarking on her journey as an RMT, she completed her Recreation Leadership degree at Mohawk College and earned her CanFit Pro Personal Training Certification.

Kate takes a personalized approach to every client, believing that each individual deserves a unique treatment plan tailored to their specific needs. She has pursued additional training in TMJ dysfunction, allowing her to provide targeted relief for issues related to the jaw, head, and neck.

Kate is a certified level II applied manual lymphatic therapist.  Kate is qualified to treat post operative, orthopedic, cosmetic and general wellness cases.  Kate is NOT certified to treat oncology, lymphedema or lipedema cases.
