Susan graduated from Kikkawa College in 1999 and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She has 25 plus years experience working in a clinical setting and is successfully able to provide a therapeutic balance between symptom relief and relaxation for all of her clients. From a young age she has been involved in many sports including competitive soccer, basketball and volleyball. This has taught her the importance of managing aches, pains and injuries so that an individual can stay active and healthy.
Susan utilizes a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and remedial exercises to achieve optimal health and well-being for her clients.
Susan has held various positions at the CMTO and is most recently working as an examiner with the College when not practicing in the clinic. Giving back to the profession is important to Susan.
Susan is interested in women’s health and studying the effects of hormonal changes to the musculoskeletal system in perimenopausal/menopausal women. Empowering women through education and awareness is essential for promoting overall health and well-being and is something Susan is extremely passionate about.
